Standard Shipping Charges

 Shipping rates apply to all products. Some orders may require additional shipping charges  because of their weight or size.

In stock items are shipped the same day when you place your order by 2 p.m. EST. Please allow 1-5 working days  for delivery. Products that are shipped from the manufacturer may take 7-14 days depending on availability. We will  ship by the most economical means possible from our nearest warehouse.  Remember, UPS cannot deliver to PO  Boxes, so please provide a complete street address for prompt delivery.

Expedited & Overnight Shipping

Although our website accepts orders 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, we can only process orders  during our hours of operation (8 a.m. - 5 p.m. E.T., Mon. - Fri.).

Items  ordered before 2 p.m.E.S.T. weekdays are eligible for overnight shipping. Rush delivery fees are in addition to  the standard shipping rate for your order. If you need your order expedited please contact our customer service  department before 2 p.m. at 1-866-416-7611 and have your order number(s) and credit card number ready, for  additional charges.

Also note that you should not choose overnight shipping if you are placing an order after 2 p.m.  E.T. on Fridays, as your order will not be processed until Monday or the next business day.
*Expedited shipping is based on Dimensional Weight and not a Flat Rate

Oversize/Heavy Items

 Depending on the weight and dimensions of a product or quantity of products, additional shipping charges may apply.  If the actual shipping charges differ greatly from the stated shipping charges, one of our representatives will  contact  you for approval.

Shipping Policy

 Any extra charge incurred for additional services, such as Purchaser's carrier or special handling at the destination,  must be paid by consignee. Title and risk of loss pass to Purchaser on delivery to the common carrier. If product was  damaged or lost in transit, recipient must file claim with carrier.

Sales Tax

 If you reside in Maryland we will add applicable sales tax (6%)

 Tax Exempt?

 If your agency or organization is tax-exempt, please call us toll  free at 1.866.416.7611 to place your order.

Returns

For Stock Products

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,  you may return it to us within 10 days (unused) for a full refund of the purchase price (we will refund the shipping if  the error was ours). Buyer agrees to pay all charges resulting from such returns, changes and cancellations, and  including, without limitation, storage and shipment costs, costs of producing non-standard materials, costs of  purchasing non-returnable materials, and any other cost resulting from cancellations, changes or returns.

 If you need to return an item, just apply for a return authorization # at this e-mail address.
 returns@metrofirstaid.com We will send you a return authorization number.
 Please include:

 Your Name
 Order Number
 Name of Product Being Returned
 Reason for the Return
 Daytime Phone Number

 Simply print out the e-mail we return that contains the authorization number and return it
 with the package. Generally refunds are made
 within 3 days after we receive your package.

For Custom & Special Order Products
 We are unable to accept returns on custom case orders, special  orders or orders with a customized logo.  Items which ship from  the manufacturer are considered special orders.
